How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled through your Apple ID. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Miru, and choose to change or cancel your plan. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.
How do I restore purchases?
If you’ve reinstalled the App or switched devices, open Miru, go to your profile or the subscription screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I delete my saved data?
You can delete your saved scans, favorites, and account data at any time from within the App. If you’d like us to remove your data on our end, email hello@christopher.no and we’ll take care of it.
